Metal Information
Jewelers Gold Alloy - A non-precious metal alloy that is durable and brilliant at a very affordable price. Electroplated in 24K gold with 0.5 Microns for extra thickness and anti-tarnish... e.g. Lustrium or Brass
Jewelers Silver Alloy - A non-precious metal alloy that is durable and brilliant at a very affordable price. Electroplated in Rhodium with 0.5 Microns for extra thickness and anti-tarnish. e.g. Siladum or stainless alloy.

2.) Not sure of my own ring size, How can i measure it?
How to measure your finger
1. Wrap a piece of string or paper strip around the base of your finger.
2. Mark the string or paper where it overlaps to form a complete circle.
3. Measure the length of the section of string or paper where it overlaps around the finger.
4. Compare your measurement with this chart to determine your ring size.
5. Please note: You need to take the knuckle into consideration when sizing. The base of your finger may be smaller then your knuckle. Also wider bands should be sized ½ -1 size larger.
***To get your friends ring size, ask to clean his/her ring the next time in the mall. Most jewelry stores will do it for free. Then you can secretly ask the sales person to check the size for you.

3.) Can I put my own name on the shank of the ring?
Yes, we offer free customizations of NAME inserts on the side/ shank portion of the ring. Any players' name is possible or even your own name can be put on the side of the ring. Number or Team position can also be added if available in space.
Note: Name inserts must be 15 characters or below (including space)

6.) When will I receive my order?
Orders normally process within 15 - 20 business days after cleared payment is received.
Please allow 5-10 business days for international delivery orders. Shipping of all package is via Federal Express. Tracking number will be forwarded to your registered email after pick up.
If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery times, please contact your local post office, or contact us for your tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you haven't been home the whole time and you think your parcel has taken a while we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be sitting there and your notification notice has been misplaced.

7.) How to keep my jewelries shinning and stunning?
Simple steps that will help you keep your jewelry looks like "brand new"
When cleaning your jewelry simply soak it in warm water with a little mild soap or ammonia. If necessary scrub the stone potions with a soft toothbrush to loosen debris or to clean behind stones. After brushing, just rinse with lukewarm water and allow the jewelry to dry. Do NOT rub your jewelry with anything rough other than a polishing cloth or fine piece of cotton cloth. Avoid coming in contact with chemicals like chlorine, perfumes, and hair products when wearing your jewelry. Remember to always store your jewelry in a clean, dry and soft place. Placing it in a ring box is ideal to keep it brilliant.

9.) What is the return policies?
We are committed to give you the best customer service possible. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us and we'll assist you with a prompt solution. Please let us work on the issues. We'd like to settle any problem in a friendly manner.
We always reply to messages within 2 business days (off-duty at weekend). Due to the difference of time zone between Philippines and your location, sometimes the answer will be delayed. If you do not get a response from us after 2 business days, please check your junk or spam mailbox.
Unsatisfied product can be returned within 7 days from the date received. We can offer a free repair charge, but we are not responsible for return shipping cost. Please contact us for assistance before sending out your return.
